I call myself the arranging hand and Lady Bountiful in the background and I always keep an eye on the secretariat and on the accounting department. However, not only that: I am the voice on the phone, I receive our customers and I usually have a solution to almost every problem. With my witty and cheerful nature I fight against the notorious symptoms like acute collective nervousness. For example when “Febris Hyperactivities” (also known as stress) rages in PIC Systems AG. And the endurance which I prove daily I gain as an athletic allrounder skiing, hiking, playing golf and loads more. In this way the circle between profession and private life closes again for variety is also what determines my work for PIC Systems AG.

My technical interest and knowledge, especially in the IT area combine my professional activities strongly with my private life. As computer scientist in the field support I also spend a lot of time in front of the computer at home as well as among my friends. To compensate this I spend a lot of time on the paintball field or inline skating during summer and snowboarding during winter. In the remaining leisure time I like going to the cinema, barbecuing, go-carting or whatever else spontaneously comes to mind.

I dedicate a lot of my leisure time to the study of martial arts specifically Wing Chun Kung Fu. Furthermore I cook with great pleasure and very generally I just love good food. In good whether I ride the motorcycle and in winter it is snowboarding which my most popular activity. Through my activity in the capital goods industry I learned: Every enterprise needs a vision, a strategy and a structure and ambitious aims. However the implementation happens through the „human resources" - and these can define the difference - therefore the employees have a decisive part in whether a company is successful or not on a long-term basis. Furthermore I believe in the success factor of „cooperative teamwork - that can happen on all levels: Teamwork with the customer, „team approach" in the own company and cooperative working with the suppliers. I think I am an open, direct, efficient and target oriented „team-player" and I also expect this of my environment. As a balance to the sometimes hectic working life I like doing sports and I enjoy the time with my young family - having children I can only recommend...
