System description

The PIC-HooliFix is built to capture an image and print it on self-adhesive color labels with one key press.

It can be triggered via touch screen or per radio remote control. The software processes the image and sends it directly to the printer. The system consists of a single-lens reflex camera, a laptop with touch screen and a color label printer.

Area of application

The PIC-HooliFix is ideal where ever people have to be photographically captured. It is es-pecially useful for big events (hooliganism).
The PIC-HooliFix is fast, easy to use and can be integrated in every criminal booking process with its self-adhesive labels.
The System is completely wired in a robust flight case; it can thus be transported without any difficulties.

The software

The PIC-HooliFix was developed as a replace-ment of the Polaroid cameras.
Intuitive usability and maximized functionality is very important, every image is recorded and printed in one step.

Two parts of the live image can be freely desig-nated as zoom parts. They will also be printed.
Typically are the full-length portrait, the portrait and the shoes printed.

The zoom functionality allows for usage of different distances. The amount of printed images can be individually set for all three parts (0-10). The dat, time and a counted number can be optionally printed.

The printer uses a cutting device to automatically cut the label tape after each image. The whole system is very easy to use and can be operated with only one key.
