The support for questions after the purchase is an important component of an overall concept. You choose in which kind and manner you would like to be taken care of and supported by us. service level agreements (SLAs) help you with the planning of maintenance costs and reduce these.

With standard service level agreement

Telephone and mail support for free.
Guaranteed reaction time during working days - at the most 2 days
Remote support - Yes

Without service level agreement

Telephone and mail support are subject to charge. Minimum charge: CHF 40.00 call/mail, CHF 168.-/h
Reaction time during working days usually 4 days
Remote support - Yes

Guarantees are carried out in the house PIC. If devices have to be repaired or exchanged on site the access route and the journey back will be charged. Travel time = working time (including travel costs).
